a. Memorial Hall - Formation of sub committee to

i. Oversee the running of the Hall

ii. Ensure that legal requirements such as Licensing are met

iii. Produce a condition report and identify the costs of any immediate essential requirements.

iv. Investigate the needs of identified potential users of the Hall and any developments including costs necessary to meet those needs.

v. Arrange the siting of a letterbox on the Memorial Hall.

b. Play Park - Formation of a sub committee to

i. Oversee the playground

ii. Produce a condition report and identify the costs of any immediate essential requirements

iii. Investigate the needs of identified potential users of the play park and any developments needed in order to meet those needs.

iv. Appoint a person to be responsible for the weekly inspection of the play park.  Records have to be kept in order to satisfy the insurance company.

c. Other matters relating to the civil parish of Craster and its surrounding area
