1670.    Confirmation of the Minutes for the last AGM Meeting.
The AGM 2014 Minutes were accepted as a true record.

1671.    Appointment of Officers
Chairman – Bryn Owen elected.  Proposed by John Gallon & seconded by Alan Punton. (All in favour)
Vice Chairman – John Gallon elected.  Proposed by Joyce Shaw & seconded by Alan Punton. (All in favour)
Burial Board – Elizabeth Pearson & Bryn Owen elected.  Proposed by John Gallon & seconded by Michael Craster. (All in favour)
Arnold Nature Reserve – Margaret Brooks elected. Proposed by Joyce Shaw & seconded by John Gallon. (All in favour)
A.O.N.B. – Michael Craster elected.  Proposed by Joyce Shaw & seconded by John Gallon. (All in favour)
CCT PC Representative – Michael Craster elected. Proposed by Alan Punton & seconded by John Gallon. (All in favour)

1673.    Standing Orders Revision.
The vice chairman proposed revised wording to the Standing Orders to reflect the requirements of co-opting of Councillors (Paragraphs 13.1-13.8) & seconded by Joyce Shaw (all in favour).
