Objectives
The objects of the charity are:
(1) Any charitable purpose for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit
as the trustees think fit.
(2) The provision and maintenance of a village hall for use by the inhabitants of
the area of benefit without distinction of political, religious or other opinions,
including use for:
(a) meetings, lectures and classes, and
(b) other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation,
with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.
(3) The land identified in part 1 of the schedule to this scheme must be retained
by the trustees for the purposes of a village hall for use by the inhabitants.
"the area of benefit" means the civil parish of Craster and its surrounding area.
All resident of the parish are members of the Trust, which is managed on a daily basis by a committee of trustees. This has yet to be established and until that takes place the Trust is being run by the trustees of the two trusts which have been replaced.
