1280. Confirmation of the Minutes for the last AGM Meeting.
The AGM 2009 Minutes were accepted as a true record.
1281. Appointment of Officers.
Chairman – Joan Angus elected. Proposed by Elizabeth Pearson & seconded by Joyce Shaw.
Vice Chairman – Michael Taylor elected. Proposed by Alan Punton & seconded by Elizabeth Pearson.
Burial Board – Elizabeth Pearson & Alan Punton elected. Proposed by Joan Angus & seconded by Joyce Shaw.
Arnold Nature Reserve – Joan Angus elected. Proposed by Michael Craster & seconded by Michael Taylor.
AONB – Michael Craster elected. Proposed by Alan Punton & seconded by Joyce Shaw.
Those who hold other posts not mentioned will continue in that capacity.
All Councillors were in favour of all the appointments made.
