Parish Council Members Elizabeth Pearson, Joyce Shaw, Michael Taylor, Michael Craster, Pauline Baird & Joan Angus.
In Attendance CC John Taylor.

1206. Apologies for absence.
Alan Punton.

1207. Confirmation of minutes of last meeting.

The May Minutes were accepted as a true record.

1208. NWL Sewerage Update.

The CPO has been granted and the next stage is Special Parliamentary Procedure - this is not straightforward and wont go through until the autumn, which will put the repairs back.

NWL is still happy to negotiate & they have accepted all our points except the penalty clause increments on the playpark land if they don’t get the repairs & rectification work done during their proposed time scale. They’re worried that someone objects to the rectification standard and they are penalised. Andrew Pinney from GF White will look to re-draft that clause.

NWL plan to start work at Dunstan, and the pipeline work will start in the autumn. The Parish Council and the Development Trust are both happy for the work to go ahead & it was agreed to defer discussing Mr M Gibb’s letter until the next meeting.

1209. Matters arising from minutes of last meeting.
