1364. Confirmation of the Minutes for the last AGM Meeting.

The AGM 2010 Minutes were accepted as a true record.

1365. Appointment of Officers
Chairman – Joan Angus elected.  Proposed by Joyce Shaw & seconded by Elizabeth Pearson.
Vice Chairman – Pauline Baird elected.  Proposed by Joan Angus & seconded by Elizabeth Pearson.
Burial Board – Elizabeth Pearson & Alan Punton elected.  Proposed by Joyce Shaw & seconded by Michael Craster.
Arnold Nature Reserve – Michael Craster elected.  Proposed by Joan Angus & seconded by Elizabeth Pearson.
A.O.N.B. – Michael Craster elected.  Proposed by Joyce Shaw & seconded by Joan Angus.

Bank Opening Balance 1st April 2010                 £  4,200.69
Bank Closing Balance 31st March 2011              £18,123.73

With the AGM taking approximately 10 minutes to complete John Gallon proposed that next years AGM should be held at 7.15pm followed immediately by the May Meeting.  All were in favour.
