1368. Apologies for absence.
Alan Punton, Bryn Owen, Pauline Baird & Michael Robson.

1369. Confirmation of minutes of last meeting.
The April Minutes were accepted as a true record.

1370. NWL Sewerage Update.
LTSB have transferred £10,000 onto our 6 Month High Interest Deposit Account.

1371. Craster Community Trust Matters.
The CCT’s next Meeting is on Thursday 26th May.

1372. Matters arising from minutes of last meeting.
Housing – Residential & Tourist.
No matters this month.
 
Mr J Gallon – Mobile Reception.
There are a couple of planning applications in for mobile telephone masts, one near Fallodon Sawmills & the other beside the railway bridge on the road from Christon Bank to Stamford.  John Gallon proposed we wait & see if these new masts help with our reception problem.  All were in favour.

Craster Sea Erosion.
People are still falling along this path.
Action Point: Clerk will take photos & contact Charles Harmon @ NWL, then follow up with contacting NCC again & CC John Taylor.

Dunstan Water Leak.
Action Point: Clerk will take photos of the road/leak & contact CC John Taylor for an update.

Mr J Gallon – footway along the west harbour wall.
Ongoing – Sale & Partner will repair at the same time as they repair the broken pipe.

Mr M Robson Overhanging branches in inner car park & removed fencing.
Ongoing.

Damaged Grit Bins.
An email has been received from NCC saying that the Dunstanburgh Road grit bin will be removed, the clerk has replied to NCC to check that it will be replaced.

Parking.
The Sub-Committee has had their first meeting & they are exploring the suggestions/problems raised.

Bushes at the bottom of Norwell Brow.
Action Point: Clerk to write to Mr Findeison & thank him for his letter, having viewed his enclosed photos all the Councillors agreed that the bushes are well pruned back as he has done & we understand his concerns.

1373. Planning Matters.

A/2010/0437 – Dunstan Steads Farm Buildings. Ongoing – the applicant has been in discussion with a planning consultant seeking advice on the development and the concerns NCC have raised.  NCC are due to meet with him next week.

A/2008/0289 – Former Nursery Gardens – amendments. Ongoing. The hedge from the proposed development onto Heugh Wynd has been cut back to its original line.

A/2011/0581 – 32 Heugh Road entrance hallway & porch to front & side of dwelling. In circulation.

1376. Financial Matters.

Bank Balance £19,445.16

NCC – Wind Farm Meeting 21 June 2011. Noted.

NCC email -  Review of Local Services.
Carrol Hessey from NCC wishes to organise a Meeting with at least two members of Craster Parish Council to discuss the proposed re-allocation of local services between NCC & Parish Councils. 
She has requested that the Meeting date be 27th June at a venue to suit us & the only time at present she is unavailable for is 5-6pm.
Action Point: Clerk to circulate the email to all Councillors to organise a time that would be suitable.

Daffodil Hill.
Joyce Shaw proposed that Mr S Ternent be approached to carry out gardening/tidying work on the hill etc.  All in favour.

Craster Outside Seats.
Action Point:  Clerk to put on the Agenda for next month & to find out when the seats were last painted.
