1562.    Confirmation of the Minutes for the last AGM Meeting.
The AGM 2012 Minutes were accepted as a true record.

1563.     Appointment of Officers
Chairman – Bryn Owen elected.  Proposed by John Gallon & seconded by Michael Craster. (7 in favour & 1 abstention)
Vice Chairman – Michael Robson elected.  Proposed by Michael Craster & seconded by Joyce Shaw. (all in favour)
Burial Board – Elizabeth Pearson & Alan Punton elected.  Proposed by Joyce Shaw & seconded by John Gallon. (all in favour)
Arnold Nature Reserve – Michael Robson elected.  Proposed by Joyce Shaw & seconded by Michael Craster. (all in favour)
A.O.N.B. – Michael Craster elected.  Proposed by John Gallon & seconded by Michael Robson. (all in favour)
