We have received an SOS campaign pack as well as a campaign pack to reduce the use of plastic bags.  The secretary will write to Alan Beith asking for his support for the campaign.

Members were asked if they knew of anyone they wished to nominate for an Honour.

Free copies of the Landscape magazine are available.

The walking group’s next outing is on Wednesday 11th September [bus to Newton then walking back to Craster over the links.]

Sylvia Biott won the competition with her proggy mat.

Members were informed that the subscription for 2014 will be £34.70.  [Dual £15.80]

We all left happily after a good supper with our free copy of the “Landscape” magazine.

Our next meeting promises to be an enjoyable one and we will have to remember to bring extra food as 10 visitors are expected from Brizlee.
